Mohsen Taasha, born in 1991 in Afghanistan, currently lives in Kabul. He was trained in contemporary miniature painting through workshops with Khadim Ali and is a graduate of the Department of Painting, Faculty of Fine Arts, University of Kabul. He took part in exhibitions in Kabul (2009) and Paris (2010), and he was awarded the Afghan Contemporary Art Prize (2010). He is also a founding member of the artists’ association Bad Artists.
