Attila Csörgő was born in 1965 in Budapest and still lives there. He has had solo exhibitions at the Wiener Secession, Vienna (2011), the Kunsthalle Hamburg (2011), and the Museum Folkwang, Essen (2008). Csörgő has participated in the Biennale of Sydney (2008), the Istanbul Biennial (2003), and the Biennale di Venezia (1999). In 2008, he received the Nam June Paik Award.
