Jacir participated in the 51st (2005), 52nd (2007), and 53rd (2009) Biennale di Venezia, 15th Biennale of Sydney (2006), Sharjah Biennial 7 (2005), and the 8th Istanbul Biennial (2003). She received the Hugo Boss Prize (2008), the Prince Claus Award (2007), and a Golden Lion at the Biennale di Venezia (2007). Professor and Academic Board at the International Academy of Art Palestine (2006–11). Resident Professor at Home Workspace Program, Beirut (2011–12).
