Kader Attia,

Born in 1970 in Dugny, France, Kader Attia lives in Berlin and Algiers. He has had solo exhibitions at the Henry Art Gallery, Seattle (2008), the ICA, Boston (2007), and the Musée d’Art Contemporain, Lyon (2006). Attia has participated in the Moscow Biennale (2011), the Biennale of Sydney (2010), and the Biennale di Venezia (2003), as well as in exhibitions at Tate Modern, London (2011), and the Centre Pompidou, Paris (2011, 2010).
