Khadim Ali, born in 1978 in Quetta, Pakistan, and living in Sydney, studied miniature painting at the National College of Arts, Lahore. He has participated in the Biennale di Venezia (2009) and the Asia Pacific Triennial (2006), and in group exhibitions at the Fukuoka Asian Art Museum (2006) and the British Museum, London (2010).
