This lecture is an ethnography of one full night in Zuccotti Park in the Wall Street area of New York, October 2011, during the Occupy Wall Street protest, when the threat of police attack was imminent. Art and ethnography mix it up in this lecture, as do art and politics, since as Nietzsche suggested, fieldwork insists on writing history from the inside, rather than merely writing about it
