Leonardo - The International Society for the Arts, Sciences, and Technology was established in 1968 to encourage, promote, and document work at the intersection of the arts, sciences, and technology.
Nurturing an alliance between the arts and sciences, this agency proactively bringings these social networks together in order to promote greater creativity and social change in both arenas.

The journal Leonardo was founded in 1968 in Paris by kinetic artist and astronautic pioneer Frank Malina. Malina saw the need for a journal with an emphasis on the writings of artists who use science and new technologies to serve as an international platform among them.
