Aman Mojadidi, born in 1971 in Jacksonville, Florida, lives in Kabul, Dubai, and Paris. In 2010, he lectured at the American University, Kabul, and contributed articles and stories to publications including One Story, Thirty Stories: An Anthology of Contemporary Afghan-American Literature (2010). He has had solo exhibitions at Madinah Bazaar Space, Kabul (2009), and Taimani 8, Kabul (2008). In 2008, he produced the short film A Sufi Tale: Taxi Version.
