Anna Boghiguian, born in Cairo in 1946, lived in Montreal and Toronto, and lives now between Cairo, India, and Europe. She studied art and music at Concordia University, Montreal, and political science and economics at the American University in Cairo. She has participated in the Sharjah Biennial (2011) and the Istanbul Biennial (2009) and has published artist books with Fata Morgana and the American University in Cairo.
