István Csákány,

István Csákány, born in 1978 in Sepsiszentgyörgy, Romania, lives in Budapest and studied at the Hungarian Academy of Fine Arts, Budapest. His work has been shown at Kasárne Kulturpark, Košice (2010), and in group exhibitions at the Ludwig Museum, Budapest (2010), and the Prague Biennale (2007). In 2010, he won the AICA Prize for the best artwork. His works are in the collections of the Ludwig Museum, Budapest, and MUDAM Luxembourg.
