Nedko Solakov,

Nedko Solakov, born in 1957 in Tcherven Briag, Bulgaria, lives in Sofia. He has had solo exhibitions at S.M.A.K., Ghent (2012), Ikon Gallery, Birmingham (2011), the Castello di Rivoli, Turin (2009), Mathildenhöhe Darmstadt (2009), the Kunsthaus Zürich (2005), and the Museo Reina Sofía, Madrid (2003). He has participated in documenta 12 (2007) and the Biennale di Venezia (2007, 2003, 2001, 1999, 1995, 1993).
