Fiona Hall was born in 1953 in Sydney and lives in Adelaide. She has had solo exhibitions at the Museum of Contemporary Art, Sydney (2008), the Queensland Art Gallery, Brisbane (2005), the Art Gallery of South Australia, Adelaide (2005), and the Australian Centre for Photography, Sydney (1989). Hall has participated in the Biennale of Sydney (2010, 2000), the Moscow Biennale (2010), and the Auckland Triennial (2007).
