Hrach Bayadyan, born in 1957, lives and works in Yerevan, Armenia. He teaches Media and Cultural Studies in Yerevan State University. He has written on post- Soviet media culture and urban spaces and on post-Soviet/postcolonial relationships. His recent articles have been published in international books such as Atlas of Transformation (2010) and Public Spheres after Socialism (2009).
