Julie  Ault,

artist
Julie Ault was born in 1957 and is an artist, curator, editor, and writer. Ault is one of the cofounders of Group Material (1979–96) and has lectured at numerous institutions internationally. Her most recent exhibition is: No-Stop City High-Rise: a conceptual equation, in collaboration with Martin Beck, 29th Bienal de São Paulo (2010). She has authored and edited several publications, including Show and Tell: A Chronicle of Group Material (2010), Come Alive! The Spirited Art of Sister Corita (2006), and Felix Gonzalez-Torres (2006).
