Spring/Summer 2012

On one night during the opening week of dOCUMENTA (13), artist Seth Price invites people to the fashion presentation Spring/Summer 2012. As part of his project Folklore U.S. for dOCUMENTA (13), Price has designed the Spring/Summer 2012 collection together with New York designer Tim Hamilton. The pieces are adaptations of the paramilitary style in contemporary fashion as well as reinterpretations of current security mail envelope designs. In addition to the presentation, the collection is being sold at the Sinn Leffers department store in Kassel. Works by Price, which resemble these clothes, are exhibited at the Hauptbahnhof.
